Tired of gluing your gaze to the screen? Here’s the gaze

It’s not surprising. Since the pandemic started, we have spent even more time in front of our screens.

Screen options continue to evolve, from smartphones to laptops and even tablets, but our eyes remain constant.

Without a doubt, it causes a slew of eye problems and leaves us exhausted at the end of the day.

I was exhausted as well, so I came up with a slew of solutions to help in this situation.

And as I had no plans to keep you away from these tricks, here I have listed everything.

  1. Check your screen expectations: Check how much time you spend watching the screen while waiting for something. This time can be used for other off-screen purposes.
  2. Check exactly where you’re spending your time: While making the list, you’ll get to know how much time you spend on social media or doing anything away from work. Assign a specific time for your screen sessions according to your priorities.
  3. Figure out the tasks which can be completed off-screen as well.
  4. No more disturbances from notifications after and during work.
  5. Schedule proper breaks away from the screen and take a walk.
  6. Assign an area away from the devices and work from there when you get tired.
  7. Plan and fix one screen to be used at a specific time.
  8. Plan and fix one screen to be used at a specific time.
  9. Put a limit on using social media accounts.
  10. Try out hobbies that support off-screen timings, too.

Should I add something else?
